Cancellation Policy

Appointments cancelled within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the service booked using the card on file. If the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours or the client no call-no shows, the card on file will be charged 100%.

Late Policy

We have the right to reschedule or shorten your service if you are 15 or more minutes late. If the stylist is unable to shorten your service, you will be rescheduled for the soonest available appointment.

Dissatisfied customer

All services are nonrefundable. Should you be unhappy with your hair after your services, please reach out within 4 days of your appointment for a redo/fix. We will work with your schedule as best as possible to get you scheduled within 2 weeks after that, free of charge. Should you change your mind about the look you were going for, that will be an additional cost as it is not a redo
